Very nice, but I think the G in the chorus should be an Em.

Dallesportian is right about the Em in the chorus.

In the verse it's D minor, not D.

The pre-chorus, try Fmaj7 Em7 Fmaj7 Em7 G7 (thanks to Erik Ostrom for that).
