Hm79
Well I sat and thought about you
       G
On the long ride back to Philly
         Hm79
From the way that you'd wear your hair
                      G
To the way that you'd laugh when you drank too much
           Asus
Before the plug was pulled, the fires burned out
            Hm79 G
And all the parties grew bored
           Asus
You waited tables
                  G
I waited for your shift breaks

Dsus2 | G | Hm79 Asus | G

    Hm79
And Gin and Casey
        G
Used to dance inside of me
      Hm79
And I bet I sound like a broken record
G
Every time I open my mouth
Asus Hm79 G
I want to wander around the city with you again
                     Asus
Like when you waited tables
                      G
And I waited for your shift breaks

       Dsus
Me and Casey
               Hm79 G
We used to get drunk before we did the dishes
Dsus Hm79 G
       Every evening
       Dsus Hm79 G
Me and Casey used to get high and listen to our boredom
Dsus Hm79
Cause it was so much easier
G Dsus G
Cause it was so much easier than dealing with everything
   Dsus G
So Casey, Casey, Casey

F#m
Just tell me when you're ready
Bm G
I'm all packed to go
Asus Hm79 G
On a search for that old place we found forever ago
     F#m
When we could take my car
             Bm G
Yes, she's still got the spirit
Asus
We could live,
We could live,
         Hm79
We could live,
            G
and no longer just have to hear it

Dsus2 | G | Hm79 Asus | G

       Dsus
Me and Casey
               Hm79 G
We used to get drunk before we did the dishes
Dsus Hm79 G
       Every evening
       Dsus Hm79 G
Me and Casey used to get high and listen to our boredom
Dsus Hm79
Cause it was so much easier
G Dsus G
Cause it was so much easier than dealing with everything
                     Dsus G
Cause it was so much easier than dealing with everything
                     Dsus G
Cause it was so much easier than dealing with everything

The guy who wrote this tab seems to be German, and in Germany (and some other European languages) the the pitch 'B' is called 'H', whereas 'Bb' is called 'B'.

Therefore, the Hm chord is a Bm. Try it, it sounds right.
I don't know the song well, but I reckon some of the Bm's in the verse should probably be D chords, but either chord sounds good.
This '79' he wrote doesn't make much sense, I'm thinking he meant add9 or something, but that isn't important. For an acoustic performance like this, you use whatever voicing of the chords you know and like - often with this stuff people will only fret some of the chord and leave the high E or B string play open, experiment with that kind of thing.
