The chorus and outro chords are G - Em - C. That's how the played it at the Tiny Desk Concert from NPR ;)

Yes to the above, &:

for the verse, the two lead in notes are E,F# , then the chords are:
C / Em / D / C / C , (E,F#)
(the E,F# leads to a G note, so add that to C is you like)

Then the 'post-chorus':
G / G , Am / C / C (x2)
G / G , Em / Em / Em , C
C / C / C (E,F#)

And the bridge is just the verse again

I made some changes in relation to your feedback, but I disagreed with some chords, but thank you for the assistance. My tab is already updated and should soon reflect the changes
