I thought you did this yonks ago but clearly not. Spot on methinks. 1) Watch that Eb though. I can hear an F in the bass and in case I've listened correctly the Eb/F shouldn't even be there. Try Cm11/F. I recon it sounds closer. - Maybe wrong. 2) The middle section is in Am lol. Sorry! - I'm a nit picker. And those outro chords are Am7/G into the D. The tab for it however is right! (What goes through your mind dude?). Ace transcription. Police aren't easy.

Wait! Second thought! The Cm11/F can also be written as F7sus4 - same thing but isn't as off - putting lol.

The real chords in the chorus are:

Fm7 & Fm7/4 in the 8th fret.

Then, in Synchronicity concert appears:

Fm7 x-8-10-8-9-8
Fm7/4 x-8-10-8-11-8

Aaaaand this arrange:

Fm7* x-8-10-8-9-11

The order: Fm7 Fm7/4 Fm7 Fm7*
