The Cm sounds very wrong.

Try a Bm instead of the Cm, I am playing through it (it's my schools hockey song, go X-MEN!) and it sounds closer (though not likely perfect :)

Reverse Fsharp m and Cm. Sounds good. Ie play f sharp minor when it reads Cm and the reverse.
