D
Late at night
           A
Sink your heart into mine

And I will never try
          G Gadd9
As you forget your northern lights

D
Late at night
           A
Sync your hearbeat to mine
        Em
I will never try
      G Gadd9
To forget your northern lights

(optional N.C.)
D
Gone away again
           A
From this Alberta pen
            Em
And I will never try
      G Gadd9
To forget your northern eyes

D
Gone away again
           A
From this Alberta pen
            Em
And I will never try
      G (N.C. end) Gadd9
To forget your northern eyes

D
Baby then again
          A
Under the lights at the Leg
            Em
And we will burn our eyes
           G Gadd9
Seeking out these purple nights

D
Baby then again
          A
Under the lights at the Leg
            Em
And we will burn our eyes
           G Gadd9
Seeking out these purple nights

for the outro bits, try putting your pinky on the 4th fret (relative to capo) of the 4th string for the D/A/E shapes, to match up with the keyboard, sounds fantastic. Dunno if it's exactly what he's playing, but it gets close.
