Arrangement with capo on 2nd fret, standard tuning

Part A
     B              D    A        B              D    A
F#||--------------|-------------|--------------|-------------||
C#||-5--5-7-8-7---|-5-5--3------|-5--5-8-7-5---|-5-5--3------||
A ||-6--6-6-6-6---|-5-5--4------|-6--6-6-6-6---|-5-5--4------||
E ||-7--7-7-7-7---|-5-5--5------|-7--7-7-7-7---|-5-5--5------||
B ||--------------|-------------|--------------|-------------||
F#||--------------|-------------|--------------|-------------||

Part B
  B               Bmaj7          B7             G     A
||-------0------|----------0---|--------------|-------5--5-5-||
||-2---2---0----|--2-----2---0-|-2------2-3-0-|-1-1---3--3-3-||
||---2----------|------1-------|-----0--------|-2-2---4--4-4-||
||--------------|----2---------|---2----------|-3-3---5--5-5-||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||

Repeat Part A
Repeat Part B

Then, repeat that G / A sequence, the last measure of Part B, w/ triplets
   G     A
||-------5-5-5--|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||-1-1-1-3-3-3--|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||-2-2-2-4-4-4--|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||-3-3-3-5-5-5--|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||

Part C (play 4x)
  E              Bsus2          G#m            E          F#
||----------0---|--------0-----|--------------|--------------||
||--2-----3-----|--0-------0---|--0-----0-----|--2-----2-----||
||----2---------|----2---------|----2-----2---|----2---2--1--||
||0-----0-------|2-----2-------|4-----4-----4-|0-----0-0--2--||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|-----------2--||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||

Then play this, one of the coolest little riffs Marr ever wrote,
Part D
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||-2-2-2--------|-2-2-2--------|-2-2-2--------|-2-2-2--------||
||-0-0-0-----2--|-0-0-0-2-----2|-0-0-0-----2--|-0-0-0-2-----2||
||-------3--3-3-|-------0-0-3--|-------3--3-3-|-------0-0-3--||
when you hit down on that first A note on the low e (3rd fret), give it a little vibrato
with your finger.

A little transition,
||-0----0----5-4|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||-3----5----5-5|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||-2----4----4-4|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||

Then, go back to Part A and repeat the whole sequence a few more times.
Thats it. Listen to the song to figure out how may times this goes on.

Heres the ending chords from the Hatful of Hollow version
  G     A         G     A
||-0-0--5--5-5--|-------5-5-5--|--------------|--------------||
||-1-1--3--3-3--|-1-1-1-3-3-3--|--------------|-1------------||
||-2-2--4--4-4--|-2-2-2-4-4-4--|repeat 3 or 4x|-0------------||
||-3-3--5--5-5--|-3-3-3-5-5-5--|--------------|-3------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|-3------------||
||--------------|--------------|--------------|--------------||

Perfect Tab! Just a correction on the chords you used since you did not make them relative to capo. They should be

E Bsus2 G#minor E F#
||----------0---|--------0-----|--------------|--------------||
||--2-----3-----|--0-------0---|--0-----0-----|--2-----2-----||
||----2---------|----2---------|----2-----2---|----2---2--1--||
||(0)---0-------|2-----2-------|4-----4-----4-|(0)---0-0--2--||
||--------------|(0)-----------|--------------|-----------2--||
||--------------|--------------|(2)-----------|----------(0)-||

based on the bass notes I put in parenthesis

Thanks for your correction. Yes, the E was supposed to be an F#. I accepted your other chord suggestions.
