Fmaj7 in most parts of verse should be Am. In the chorus when he first says "Sarnia" Fmaj7 should be Em.

Thanks, although I still think it's a Fmaj7 in the verse. Whatever chord is being played sounds brighter (and a little less minor) than Am. Good catch on the Em in the chorus - I've made the correction.

I'm also thinking Fmaj7 sounds better than Am in most cases
