Spot on just about.

On the A chord, play a barre chord on the 5th fret, then quickly put your finger on 7th fret of the D string and bend it to get the same effect as in the song.

i find it better doing this:

Use a normal A chord, just use 4th fret on the B string for the higher part, waay easier
