Really good, they all sound like the correct chords, at least when I thump through on bass. But I feel like the exact placement of the chords in the song is a little off... just slightly. When jumping into this one first time or relying on these tabs alone one may hit a chord early or late I feel.

The tab's correct, except that all instances of G and Ab should be 7th chords.

Anyone figured the intro correctly, I have an approximation but I'd be curious to see anyone else version, Marc Ribot's the man.
