for the solo try pinch-harmonics done evh style (i.e. don't pick in the same spot pick toward the neck then back again, until you get the rhythm, it sounds exactly like the recording.) i find "ping-ponging" between two nodes in between the bridge and neck pickup works great.

I think the part where you have it as 4444/5555 sounds more like a gradual bend to 5 sustained rather than sliding up a fret.
