By: Tracy Byrd

[Verse 1]
C |

C | G | Am | F |
It was no accident... me finding you.
F | C | F | G |
Someone had a hand in it... long before we ever new.
C | G | Am | F |
Now I just can't believe... your in my life.
F | C | F | G |
Heaven's smiling down on me... as I look at you tonight.

[Chorus]

G---- F | G | C |
I tip my hat... to the keeper of the stars.
Am | F | G | C |
He sure knew what he was do...in... when he joined these two hearts.
C---- F | G | C |
I hold every... thing... when I hold you in my arms.
Am | F | G | C |
And I've got all I'll ever need... thanks to the keeper of the stars.

[Verse 2]
C |

C | G | Am | F |
Soft moonlight on your face... oh how you shine.
F | C | F | G |
It takes my breath away... just to look into your eyes.
C | G | Am | F |
I know that I don't deserve... a treasure like you.
F | C | F | G |
There really are no words... to show my gratitude.

[Chorus]

C | | | G | Am | F |
It was no accident... me finding you.
F | C | F | C |
Someone had a hand in it... long before we ever new.

In the second and fourth line of the verses, the "F" chord is a "Dm" chord moving to the G

When I play along with the chorus, I hear different chords than those posted. Below is what I hear (keeping in mind this is capo 1st fret)The "C" chord at the end of the second line is an "Em", which resolves to an "F" and then drops to "Dm" on the word "Doing". This is also the case in the second part of the chorus.....
Chorus:G---- F | G | Em | I tip my hat... to the keeper of the stars.F | Dm | G | C | He sure knew what he was do...in... when he joined these two hearts.C---- F | G | Em | I hold every... thing... when I hold you in my arms.F | Dm | G | And I've got all I'll ever need... thanks to the keeper of the C |stars.

Sorry the format didn't translate in the comment on the correction.....it won't let me edit the comment.

Just know that in the verses, the 2nd and 4th lines use a Dm instead of an F at the end of the line moving to the G chord.

And in the chorus, the progression is F G Em F Dm G C
