Everything is pretty much right, except for b4 the first verse and between choruses and verses when you have just Em... it's actually 3 different variations of Em used in this order:
0--0--0--0
0--0--0--0
0--0--0--0
4--2--0--2
2--2--2--2
0--0--0--0
(all w/ respect to the capo on 3rd fret)
I'll leave ya'll to figure out the rythm but it's not to hard

The intro tab is actually correct, but you forgot to mention that it's without the capo. With capo it reads:
