[Intro]
G C

[Verse]
G C D
From father to son, the blood runs thin, ooohhh
        A F F
see the faces frozen still against the wind
G C
 The seam is split
                     G
The coal-face cracked
                  C
The lines are long
                     G
There's no going back
                      C
Through hands of steel
                  G
And heart of stone
             C
Our labour day
             D D
Has come and gone

[Bridge]
     A
They leave me holdin' on
   F
In Red Hill Town
        F/C
See the lights go down on

[Chorus]
G
  Hanging on
D F
You're all that's left to hold on to
C
  I'm still waiting
G
  I'm hanging on
D F F
You're all that's left to hold on to.

[Verse]
G C
 The glass is cut
                  G
The bottle run dry
                  C
Our love runs cold
                           G
In the caverns of the night
                     C
We're wounded by fear
                G
Injured in doubt
             C
I can lose myself
                     D D
You I can't live without

[Bridge]
          A
Yeah, you keep me holdin' on
   F
In Red Hill Town
        F
See the lights go down on

[Chorus]
G
  Hanging on
D F
You're all that's left to hold on to
C
  I'm still waiting
G
  I'm hanging on
D F F
You're all that's left to hold on to
    (G)
On to

[Verse]
G C
 We scorch the earth
                   G
Set fire to the sky
                     C
And we stooped so low
                G
To reach so high
              C
A link is lost
                G
The chain undone
               C
We wait all day
             D
For night to come
       Am F F
And it comes like a hunter child

[Chorus]
G
  I'm hanging on
D F
You're all that's left to hold on to
C
  I'm still waiting
G
  I'm hanging on
D F C
You're all that's left to hold on to
G
Love
D
slowly stripped away
F
Love_
    C
has seen its better day
G
  Hanging on
D F C
Lights go down on Red Hill
                        G
Lights go down on Red Hill
D F F
Lights go down on Red Hill's Town
F F(let ring)
Lights go down on Red Hill Town

On the last chord, does it really stay an F? Feels like the last chord should be C to me...just curious. Nice job...I love playing this tab.

Agreed. The last chord should be a C. All good other than that.
