Dm G
Hudson died in Hudson bay
C Am
The water took its victim's name
Gm F
Now rivers rise toward Riverside
E
To change their names again

Dm G
A stranger walked in through the door

C Am
Said, "All apartments are pre-war"
Gm F
We laughed and asked him for his name
E
He stayed until the end

Dm G
We watched the Germans play the Greeks
C Am
We marked the ninety-nine-year lease
Gm F
Our fathers signed which I declined
E
To try and comprehend

(Chorus)
Dm G
Over and over again
C Am
All these never-ending visions
Dm G
Over and over again
C Am
Like a prize that's changing hands
Dm G
The time has come
C Am
The clock is such a drag
Gm F
All you who change your stripes
E
Can wrap me in the flag

Dm G
The legendary wooden gate
C Am
That first established real estate
Gm F
Is lost to time like other crimes
E
That won this pleasant land

(Chorus)

Dm G
Hudson died in Hudson bay
C Am
But I was born on Sutton Place
Gm F
The rising tide helped me decide
E
To change my name again

Dm G
Some men tend to linger on,
C Am
And some make haste from Babylon,
Gm F
And some will roam their ruined home,
E
Rejoicing to the end

(Chorus)

Dm G C Am
The lines are drawn, the map is such a drag
Gm F E
All you who change your stripes can wrap me in the flag

Lack of accuracy. Clearly wrong. The chords do not coincide with the notes very well. For example, the first G sounds totally wrong in each progression. Please revise.

Lack of accuracy. The Dm, G, C, Am progression is completely wrong. The chorus also sounds wrong when played with the song or with vocals. Needs revision.

I think I figured it out a little better, although the bass line at times throws me off, what I've gotten so far is

Verse: A Dm C F Gm F E X3
Chorus: Gm F C F X2
Chorus Resolve: Gm F C Dm C C7 Bb F

I still haven't tried to figure out all the instrumentals, and I am not certain that the "A" is correct, but it does play okay with the album...let me know if you figure out more of the chords!
