My TUNER is a Line6 Gearbox Tuner. Set tuner at 444Hz or 445Hz and tune to Standard tuning for the song, Best of Both Worlds. I've also found that some other VH songs that are tuned down a "half step" sound better with the tuner set to 444Hz. Try it.

Ripped off straight from the official tab book, which has the wrong transcription for the pre-chorus. Props for taking the time to tab this out, though. Also, the tuning is 444Hz, as mentioned elsewhere in these comments.
