A couple of things to keep in mind:
 
-Emily Frantz regularly adds hammer-ons and pull-offs during those F and C shapes; for Fmaj7/E the pull-off's
from 2 to 0 on the 3rd string, for C/G she hammers on from 0 to 2 on the 4th string:

-When going from G5 to G, there's a hammer on from 0 to 2 on the 5th string, when going from C/G to G6add4/B

-As you can see in the videos I referenced, Emily Frantz isn't as strict with some of these shapes and
