The "I don't care" part after the second chorus (I guess you can call this the bridge) is the following:
Bb5
I don't care,
Eb5
I don't care,
Bb5
I don't care, I don't care, I don't care, I don't
Eb5
care

(if you choose to play the real chords, it's Bbm and Ebm)

Then B5 to C#5 (or B to C#) leading back into the final chorus
