Great tab. Just one small thing: I don't think the use of G/F is correct. As far as I know, YUI usually only plays G, but G/F# could be used, creating a nice, descending bass-line. F does not belong to the G major scale and would sound rather awkward in this context. G/F would be the equivalent of a third inversion of G7, and that does not fit in here, I think.
