Tell me what is the point of tuning anything down then putting a capo on too? Lol Thats why everyone else that's done this tab is saying 3rd fret capo. not tune down and capo 4th. It's the same thing and more work. unless you don't know all the cords. Or names or whatever. If you don't I recommend learning

because Zac Brown plays everything a half step down so if you're going to play more than one Zac tune it's helpful to know the tuning as he doesn't always use a capo :-)

Actually I played it on 3rd fret and it sounds pretty good.
