I was always trying
      F G

Growing up learning how to be like my old man

[Bridge]
C Am F G

[Verse]
      C
He was a lion
     F G
We were our father's pride
          C
But I was defiant
    F G

My old man

     F
My old man

Feel the callus on his hands

      F
My old man

Now I finally understand
         G
I have a lot to learn
          C
From my old man

[Bridge]
C Am F G

He's always trying
     F G
To go everywhere I go
Am C F
Do the best I can to raise him up the right way

Hoping that he someday wants to be
             C
Like his old man

      F
My old man
                        C
I know one day we'll meet again

      F
My old man

I think that there should be an Fm after the second "my old man" in the chorus leading into "I hope he's proud of who I am"
Besides that, great job!

Really good!!! Zac Brown Band is my favorite band, so I'm glad this sounded so much like the real thing. Good job!
