Even though the Em7/B chord has the correct notes, because the B note is prominent and is a transitional note between Am and C, it would possibly be more accurate to name the chord B*. This would stand for a variation of a B-dim chord, which is the correct chord in this key.
It would also save some people, especially beginners, from mistakenly learning the song with a full Em7 chord being played, which would be sad, because 1- that would be incorrect, and 2- it is a good song for beginners to learn correctly. Apart from that, this is a great tab.
