I just listened to the acoustic version, and I think G-D-Em-C on capo 1 sounds accurate.

For those of you who are beginners and cannot change chords as fast, I recommend using the same chords, but don't play the Bm. It still sounds accurate, but it makes it a little easier for people still learning to play.
