[Verse]
E F#
Though the music changes and the songs we sing
E/G# B/D#
We still lift our praises to our loving God and King
E F#
Though the music changes and the songs we sing
E/G# B/D#
We still lift our praises to our loving God and King

[Chorus]
E F#
Though the seasons change
B/D# E
Your love remains, Your love remains
E F#
Though the seasons change
B/D# E
Your love remains, Your love remains

[Verse 2]
E F#
Lord, you’ve been faithful to plant the seed
E/G# B/D#
And you will be faithful to always send your rain
E F#
Lord, you’ve been faithful to plant the seed
E/G# B/D#
And you will be faithful to always send your rain

[Outro]
B E
When we would fall apart
B/D# E
You came running with open arms

The original key is 3 half steps higher, and the chords for the chorus are different.
