This tab doesn't sound right to me. After playing with the song I believe it sounds best when the entire guitar is tuned down a half step from standard, and you follow this progression on your now sharp G string:

-14-14-12-12-11-11-11h-12-11h-12-11-11-12-12-11-9-9--7-5-5-7-7-(finish by hitting D flat three times)

Play in time with a song and its like your right there on the waves.
Don't forget to hit that D sharp open along with the tab on the G!
