F'ing awesome song by Vampire Weekend. And a very simple one too.
The real song uses barre chords but these simple, unbarred chords get the job done...

chestnut park on a saturday night
F C Em C
mystical boys feelin alright
C Em C Em

raggedy wisdom falls from my hand
F C Em F C
as the ladies of cambridge know who i am
F C (play chord, then palm mute)
I've held dreams of boston all of my life
F C
chinatown between the sound of the night
Em F C

(couldn't find the exact lyrics for this part, sorry)

F C
I've held dreams of boston all of my life

chinatown between the sound of the night
Em F C

C - Em - C - Em - F - C

F C

(for this part play chords slowly & only once)
Em

              F
to go to the kitchen
  G C

    Em F G
the whole of my family
        F G C
but for you i could put it to rest
Em F C
but if you leave i just don't think i could take it

Progression is right, but the key is wrong. If you put a capo on the fifth fret and play these chords it will be the same key as the song
