Lyrics

Have you seen her?
So fine and pretty. Fooled me with her style and ease.
And I feel her from across the room.
Yes, it's love in the third degree.

Ooh, baby, baby.
Come on, take a chance.
You're old enough to dance the night away.
Oh, come on, baby, dance the night away.

A live wire.
Barely a beginner, but just watch that lady go.
She's on fire, 'cause dancing gets her higher than
anything else she knows.

Ooh, baby, baby.
Won'tcha turn your head my way?
Ooh, baby, baby.
Well, don't skip romance, 'cause you're old enough to dance
the night away.
Oh, come on, baby, dance the night away.

Solo

Dance the night away.
Dance, dance, dance the night away.
(repeat and fade)

The tab you have submited for Van Halen dance the night away is inncorrect. Sure play it like it is it sounds fine but when you play along with the song you notice every chord is a fret to high.

like this

e ------------------------------------------------------
b ----8------8--9--8--6--6-\--4--4------------------------
g ----8------8--8--8--7--7-\--5--5------------------------
d -----8--8--8--8--8--8--8-\--6--6------------------------
a -6-------------------------------------6--------------
e ------------------------------------------------------

All you have to do is lower each chord by a fret.. im not sure if the whole tab is a fret higher ive only played the beggining.. I am by far no proffessional at guitar but i've played piano by ear for almost 10 years, my ear is fairly developed to tunes and notes.

That's because the guitar is tuned half a step down
