After a few low votes and people not understanding the information given, I wanna clarify this further.
Vance uses Open G#6 tuning on the studioversion and Open G6 tuning in all the live performances I found.
However the chords here is written in normal C6 tuning, which means you can play along with the studio-
version using the normal chord shapes for Am G C plus a capo on first fret. Then for those who wanna play
as Vance, I've written correct shapes below along with their chord names in C6 tuning within parentheses.

"YOU'VE GONE AND SANG THE WORDS WRONG" is correct, not "You're gonna sing the words wrong" Ironically.

Great song, especially in the G6 tuning!
For those who would like the 'solo' in the DGBE tuning, it is:

E|----------3-----0--
B|-------------------
G|-------------------
D|--0h2--2-----0----- x4
