Couldn't find this one so I made one as quick as I could. I'll make a better one as soon
as I get the time. Enjoy!

EDIT: Thank you andrei_b_321 for the fine tuning of this tab!

Tuning: Standard
Capo: 1st fret

Since Vance uses a baritone ukulele, we'll have to use a capo as well as only play the top four strings, like:

   C Em G* D
e| 0 0 3 2
B| 1 0 0 3
G| 0 0 0 2
D| 2 2 0 0

G* is G sometimes played like:
    G*
e|-3s5s7---
B|-0-0-0---
G|-0-0-0---
D|-0-0-0---

intro/verse: C Em G* C

C Em
Waiting for you baby

Through the coldest days
G* C
Huddled in the backseat of the van

And I know a girl who
           Em
would wait until it's dark
G* C
When she sings the heavens part
                Em
They part-o~

         D G C Em
And i held my ground
             D G C
When I heard those sounds
                  Em
Coming out
          D G
And I must have cried
             C Em
When I held those hands
      D G
So do you know what I mean
       C Em
So do you know how I feel
      D G C *
So do you know what I mean

C
Baby don't you know that
  Em
I love your snaggeltooth
  G* C
I see it poking when you laugh

And baby don't you know that
  Em
I love those pigeon toes
  G* C
I hope that you get these pigeon lungs
                                 Em
Lung-o~

         D G C Em
And i held my ground
             D G C
When I heard those sounds
                  Em
Coming out
          D G
And I must have cried
             C Em
When I held those hands
      D G
So do you know what I mean
       C Em
So do you know how I feel
      D G C *

so lets make this a perfect 5 star tab.
set to capo 1, then only play the top four strings, there you have your baritone ukulele which vance uses to play this song based on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yi61hpcRyKE

intro/verse: C Em G* C
chorus: same as this tab

now the solo part
e|-------0--- e|-2---2------3---3--3----7--7--7--|
B|----------0 x3 B|---------------------------------|
G|----------- G|---------------------------------|
D|-0h2-2--2-- D|-4-4---4s5-5--5--5--5s9--9--9--9-|

e|-------0--- e|-2---2------3---3--3----10--10--10--|
B|----------0 x3 B|------------------------------------|
G|----------- G|------------------------------------|
D|-0h2-2--2-- D|-4-4---4s5-5--5--5--5s9--12--12--12-|

e|-------0--- e|-2---2------3---3--3----7--7--7--|
B|----------0 x3 B|---------------------------------| x8 then C
G|----------- G|---------------------------------|
D|-0h2-2--2-- D|-4-4---4s5-5--5--5--5s9--9--9--9-|

C Em G D
e| 0 0 3 2
B| 1 0 0 3
G| 0 0 0 2
D| 2 2 0 0

G* sometimes he plays the G like so
G*
e|-3s5s7---
B|-0-0-0---
G|-0-0-0---
D|-0-0-0---

Could be my version but it sounds like there could be a "G" on "huddled" and "when she sings" and then the pattern like that through the song.
