You have to re-export it as a gp3 or gp4 file since it is a gp5. Then it'll work.

you gotta start up gp and turn rse on, open up codex and switch instruments to rse, hit ok, then you can switch them back to midi. tempo is right, but time sig should be mostly 6/8 til the breakdown, and instead you are switching between 4/4 and 2/4; so the tempo of the breakdown is wayyy ****ing off. it's twice as fast... sounds like shit.

im running gp5 and it doesnt play.
