Song: Isn't She Lovely (Stevie Wonder cover)
Artist: Victor Wooten

Update: Fixed some wrong notes!

This song is based on two loops, verse and chorus, and one additional
"solo" loop and as with most other tabs this is just to get an idea of
how to play this song.

Tuning: E,A,D,G

 [Chorus Loop](1st layer):
G|-------13----x----13------11--11---x-----11--11----x-------11---x---11-|
D|-------11---------11------10--10---------10--10------------9--------9--|
A|--12-------x---12-------x-12-----x---12---------x---0h11------x---x----|
E|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|

G|--9--9---9----x---9---9----------9----x----9-------9--9----8--8----9--|
D|--11-11--11-------11--11---------7---------7-------7--7----9--9----6--|
A|--------------------------11--9-----x---9-----9-7------------------7--|
E|--9--9------x---9----------------------------------5----5--7----7-----|

G|--------------6-8-9---------|
D|----------6-9---------------|
A|------7-9------------7--x-x-|
E|--7-9-----------------------|

Just to make it clear, this is the first thing you record on the looper
and then you overdub with the loop below

 [Chorus Loop](2nd layer/overdub)
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|----------9-7----x-----------------------------------9-7-----------------------|
A|------4-7----------------------4-4--x---4--4--------------------0--x-0-2--2----|
E|---5-----------x---3-4--x-4-4---------4------4--2--x------2-3-4--------------0-|

 [Verse Loop](1st layer)
G|-----9----x----9----9------x-----9----x----9---9------x----9---x----8--8-----x-----9---x---9--8--7-|
D|-----11--------11---11-----x-----11--------11--11-----x----9--------9--9-----x-----9---------------|
A|-----------------------11-----9-----x---9---------------------------------9-----7----x---7----6--5-|
E|-9------x---9--------------------------------------9----7----x---7---------------------------------|

 [Verse Loop](2nd layer/overdub)
G|---------------------------6-4----------------|
D|-----------------6-4--------------------2-1-0-|
A|--4--x-x-4-----------4-2-x--------------------|
E|-----------4-2-x---------------2-0-x-x--------|

 [Solo Loop]
G|---------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------|
A|--4--x-------------4-3--2--x-----------7-6-5-|
E|--------4--x-2--x-------------2--x-0---------|

Make sure to stress the 2s and 4s in every bar

The rest of the song is pretty much just a solo beginning with the actual verse
and chorus melody

 [Verse Melody]
G|--13-14-13-------------13-14-13----------------13-14-13-------------13-14-13-----------------|
D|-------------16---14-------------16--14-------------------16---14-------------16--14---------|
A|------------------------------------------14------------------------------------------16--14-|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

 [Chorus Melody]
G|--13-14--16-16----13-13--16--14------13-----13-----------------------------13--14--13------------|
D|----------------------------------------16--------16-14--16---14------------------------16---14--|
A|-----------------------------------------------------------------16--14--------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

G|--13--14--13--------------------------|
D|---------------16---14-------------16-|
A|-------------------------16---14------|
E|--------------------------------------|

I'm pretty sure that he plays this on his 'tenor bass' which changes the tuning to A,D,G,C (going down of course)
You could just add 5 to each number in the tabs, which would shift it up a fourth and have the same effect

Yes, if you're referring to the first video that comes up when you search for the song on YouTube, but in all other versions of this song (including the one, which has been deleted appearently, that I've based this tab on) Wooten plays with a standard tuned bass
