This is my first try, don't mutiny me if I got chords wrong D:!

Opening Chords: F#m/A - G#m/A - A - B/A - C#m/B - B - E/B - F#m/B -C#m

Individual notes: G# - F# - E - D# - C# - C# - E (Repeat)

          A
In the fall,

                       A dim
We circle through the leaves

                    A Maj 7
And talk about the little ones.

       A A dim
And we smile, but never say too much.

                  A Maj 7
The moment always vanishing.

       A Adim AMaj 7
One by one the neighbors' lights come on.

    A A dim A Maj 7
Our October day is almost gone.

(Chorus)
E C#m B E C#m
I know the border lines we drew between us

B A
Keep the weapons down,

B A
Keep the wounded safe;

E C#m E
I know our antebellum innocence

C#m B A
Was never meant to see the light of our armistice day.

            A
In the spring,

                       A dim
We climbed the rolling hills

                      A Maj 7
And talked about our budding plans.

        A
And we smiled,

                 A dim
Our faces like a mirror

                A Maj 7
Showing us our secret sides.

              G#
But then the fights...

    C#m A E F#
The sharp words splintering the night,

  D G# E
How I couldn't be what you'd need...

     D G# E
But oh how I could make you bleed...

(Repeat chorus chords)
I know the border lines we drew between us

Keep the weapons down,

Keep the wounded safe;

I know our antebellum innocence

Was never meant to see the light of our armistice.

(Bridge)
F#m E/G# A B
But how much would I give to have it back again?

F#m E/G# A
  How much did we lose

B D Maj 7
To live this way?

(Counter Melody)
E C#m
You'll go home...I'll stay here

B E C#m B
Seasons keep on march-ing

E C#
I'll stay here...you'll go home

B E C#m B
With only strangers watch-ing

(Counter melody continues, but chords are replaced with chorus chords.)

Ending chords are just a bunch of A chords, ends on an E.

It's not the easiest song to figure out. The chords up there are not very accurate.

Intro is simply:

E / / / | / / / / | C#m / / / | / / / / |
E / / / | / / / / | C#m / / / | / / / / |

The A-part has the really cool chord change:

Amaj7 / / / | F#9/C# / / / | Amaj7 / / / | / / / /
Amaj7 / / / | F#9/C# / / / | Amaj7 / / / | / / / /
Amaj7 / F#9/C# | Amaj7 / / /| Amaj7 / F#9/C# | Bsus4 / B /

Chorus is:

E/G# / / / | C#m / Bsus4 B | E/G# / Cm# / | Bsus4 / B /
E/G# / / / | C#m / Bsus4 B | E/G# / Cm# / | Bsus4 / B /

The second A
Amaj7 / / / | F#9/C# / / / | Amaj7 / / / | / / / /
Amaj7 / / / | F#9/C# / / / | Amaj7 / / / | / / / /
G#7 / / / | C#m / / / | A / E / | F# / / /
D / / / | / / G# / |

There's the interlude part which I didn't analyze yet, maybe I'll check it out later. Cheers.

these are great but since they're just a comment they're invisible in the app and the site can't pop up chord digrams- any chance you could submit them as a tab proper? or would you mind if I did?
