It's more true if played up three halfs, No Capo,: Cm G A♭E♭ etc... Otherwise the changes are perfect.

I'm still trying to figure out where people are coming up with the capo third fret part. It works I guess but you don't get the same kind of low end as if you tune town a half step and not use a capo
