I know this is different to the other version already posted, but it seems to work well
for me, this is my first attempt ever so see what you think

[Verse 1]

D Em
When i am down
    C G
And oh, my soul so weary
D Em
When troubles come
                  C G
And my heart burdened be
D Em C G
Then I am still, and wait here in the silence
D Em C G
Until you come, and sit awhile with me

[Chorus]

D Em
You raise me up
   C G
So I can stand on mountains
D Em
You raise me up
    C G
To walk on stormy seas
D Em C G D
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
D Em C G
You raise me up, to more than I can be
D Em C G
You raise me up, to more than I can be

I don't know why ppl give this tab such bad rates. It may not be the original but it works quite well for beginners.
At least she did it herself and didnt copy it from sum songbook!
