the chords are dead on but the synth riff is missing the fact that the second note of the riff is an F#. otherwise real solid

For the acoustic version, check out "Jeff Tweedy - I'm Always in Love - Seattle, WA - 12/8/2013" on YouTube

Based on this video, it appears he plays it in drop D. Most of the chords change accordingly except for the F#m sounds like a F#7m (442200).

Also, there's an Em in the verse before "Oh I'm bragging" and then it goes to G. Same for the other verses.

During the last "I'm always in love" of the chorus he switches to a Gm some of the time (x10033).

And finally, before the "It's a drag I sang" section he throws in a D7 (x00212) a couple of times. Just my suggestions.
