Strumming
There is no strumming pattern for this song yet. and get +5 IQ
This is what i wrote for myself when I decided I wanted to learn this song. I'm not sure if all the chords are
totally correct but hopefully this helps you out!! The strum pattern is pretty easy if you listen to the song
but on some of the odd parts you can just stick to the UP DOWN UP DOWN UP DOWN pattern that the rest of the
song has.

Intro: G A7 C C7 G (x2)

G A7
--Well just 'cause I drink don't mean
C C7 G
--I don't hate stupid drunks.
                    A7
But just 'cause I'm singing it,
                C C7 G
That don't mean shit, that don't mean that I'm not one.
C7 G
--But those jerks by the kegs,
            C7 D7
They aren't leaving me no ground to stand.
G A7
--So if we're picking sides,
             C
I guess that I hate the policeman,
C7 G
--And the white man tonight.

Repeat Intro: G A7 C C7 G (x2)

G A7
--Well, I've been thinking things,
         C C7 G
Thinking things that I just hope are true.
C A7
--Like maybe you don't choose punk rock, because,
C C7 G
--Well, punk rock chooses you.
C C7 G
--You know, I've seen the same bands
C C7 A7
So many dozens of times,
G A7
--But with dozens of different names
       C C7 G
Across dozens of different state lines.
C C7 G
--And I won't always admit it,
      C C7
But I think that the world's
       A7
Better off with them in it.
G A7
--And so if we're picking sides,
             C C7
I guess that I am for every shitty
                             G
Three-chord high school punk band.
         A7 C C7 G
Oh yes I am, oh yes I am.
