Intro - Part three (also chorus...roughly)
Add in picked notes after playing the full G and F#m chords - am unable to work out the

A--5-x-5--x-x-x--4-x-4--x-x-x--------|
E--3-x-3--x-x-x--2-x-2--x-x-x--------|

Verse - can be played as chords; B G (barre sounds best)A F#
E------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G--11-11-11-11-11-11-11-11--7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7--9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9--6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6--|

E------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Chorus - see intro part 3.

Lyrics and chords:
B G A F#
Life's incomplete - out on the streets
          G F#
Live in a doom town

Nothing'll ever change - remains the same
Live in a doom town

Doom town

People's blank stares - nobody cares
Live in a doom town

You can never win - living innocent
Live in a doom town

sounds like a good start.. I would make a couple changes though:
instead of:
E---------------------------------------------------------------------|
B---------------------------------------------------------------------|
G--7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7--6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6--6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6--4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-|
D--5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5--4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4--4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4--2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-|
A--5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5--4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4--4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4--2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-|
E---------------------------------------------------------------------|
it sounds better to me if you play:
E----------------------|
B----------------------|
G--12-12-12/11-11/9-9--| etc..
D---X--X--X-X--X--X-X--|
A--10-10-10/9--9-/7-7--|
E---0--0--0-0--0--0-0--|
then the part where you say you can't figure out the notes it sounds good to me if you go from ^ (part above) to F# barre chord and take off the index finger to get that sound (ugh i don't know how to explain and don't want to type out the tab), then the same for the G barre chord and open the index finger strings (1,2,6)..
I don't know if that makes sense or helps but it sounds pretty close to me. Thanks for sharing!
