This Tab was created by a boy called Jake, who spent along time on this (his first
tab). Transcribing isn’t my strong point.
- this is almost 100% correct Except for some of the timings in verse 2 and
the end chord in each phase. I am aware the sequence (F# A E F#) doesn’t end on F#
but my limited music ability can’t find a better note. If someone can correct it,
email me (mrsmiley@hotmail.com) and I will be very grateful for your contributions.
But this structure does work quite well.
- First prize for this boy, for transcribing this song first.

[Chorus]
F# A E F#
Gold Lion, Gonna show me where the light is
F# A E F#
Gold Lion, Gonna show me where the light is
F# A E F#
Take our hands out of control
F# A E F#
Take our hands out of control

[Verse]
     F# A
Now, tell me what you saw, tell me what you saw,
 E F#
there was a crowd of Sikhs in each
F# A E F#
In-side, out-side, I must have done a dirt in each
F# A E F#
It was the hive I grew, the weight of the shell is crushing you
F# A E F#
I’ve been a round a few, tell them what I saw, I’ll them what yer…
F# A E F#
Oo! Oo!, Oo! Oo!, Oo! Oo! Ah oh!
F# A E F#
Oo! Oo!, Oo! Oo!, Oo! Oo! Ah oh!

{Nick’s solo}

[Chorus]
F# A E F#
Gold Lion, Gonna tell me where the light is
F# A E F#
Gold Lion, Gonna tell me where the light is
F# A E F#
Take our hands out of control
F# A E F#
Take our hands out of control

{Interval breakdown}

[Verse]
 F# A E F#
Out-side, in-side, this is a moon without a tide
F# A E F#
We’ll build a fire, in your eyes, we’ll build a fire
    F# A E F#
when the colours are getting brighter
F# A E F#
Cold desire, it’s a moon without a tide
F# A E F#
------------------------, tell me what you saw, I’ll tell you what I saw

F# A E F#
Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo! Ah oh!
F# A E F#
Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo! Ah oh!

{Nick’s solo}

F# A E F#
Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo! Ah oh!
F# A E F#
Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo!, Oo! Ooo! Ah oh!
