Strumming
There is no strumming pattern for this song yet. and get +5 IQ
It probably off a little bit, but it sounds all right when I play it, plus, it had some
simple base chords. Good luck! I hope this helps!

[Verse]

G
You know I like my chicken fried
D
Cold beer on a Friday night
                         Gsus
A pair of jeans that fit just right
               G
And the radio up
G D C
Well I was raised up beneath the shade of a Georgia pine
            D
And that`s home you know
G D C
Sweet tea pecan pie and homemade wine
            D
Where the peaches grow
         G D C - D
And my house it`s not much to talk about
           G D Gsus
But it`s filled with love that`s grown in southern ground
G
And a little bit of chicken fried

[Chorus]

                  D
Cold beer on a Friday night
                      Gsus
A pair of jeans that fit just right
      Gsus G - D
And the radio up
          G
Well I`ve seen the sunrise
          D
See the love in my woman`s eyes
                      Gsus
Feel the touch of a precious child
                      G - D
And know a mother`s love

[Verse]

           G D C D
Well its funny how it`s the simple things in life that mean the most
      G D C
    D
Not where you live or the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes
             G D C
There`s no dollar sign on a piece of mind this I`ve come to know
       G D
So if you agree have a drink with me
              C D
Raise you glasses for a toast
                        G
To a little bit of chicken fried

[Chorus] x2

G
I thank god for my life
           D
And for the stars and stripes
               C G - D
May freedom forever fly, let it ring.
            G
Salute the ones who died
                D C
The ones that give their lives so we don`t have to sacrifice
                    D
All the things we love
           G
Like our chicken fried

Check that, It's good except for the tuning (down 1/2 step) and I'd make the Gsus a C (youtube makes it look like that to me, unless you see something else) and it seems like before every chorus instead of a standard D chord he plays this:
-0-
-3-
-0-
-4-
-5-
-x-
It's just a variation on D that I have no idea what it's called. Otherwise, awesome job!

instead of Gsus, I think it sounds best, when using standard tuning, to play this chord (combination G/C):

-3-
-1-
-0-
-2-
-3-
