                     GRANDMA'S GARDEN
                      ZAC BROWN BAND

INTRO:
D A A G A
D A A G A

VERSE:
 D G D A
Grandma had a garden in the backyard
 D A G A
She always had a way with things that grow
 D A D A
She'd be out there early in the springtime
         G Bm A
Just as soon as she was sure it wouldn't snow

       D G D A
She'd say I love to watch the seeds I've planted
 D A G A
Grow up into what they oughta be
    D A D Dbm Bm A
Oh, I thought she was talking about tomatoes
 G A D
She was talking about her family

CHORUS:
           D G D
Grandma's garden grew up strong
              G A D A
Because she weeded out whatever could go wrong
       G A D Dbm Bm
She'd say the straight and narrow is the toughest row to hoe
 A G Em A
Just remember what you reap is what you sow
           G A D A A G A D A A G A
Grandma's love is what made Grandma's garden grow

VERSE:
D G D A
I went to church last Sunday morn'
    D A G A
To see what she'd attended sixty years
       D A D A
They asked me if I'd say some words about her
    G Bm A
And I got up, fighting back the tears

       D G D A
And I said I used to watch her rake the rocks out
     D A G A
And tie up every vine with love and hate
      D A D Dbm Bm A
That little peice of Grandma taught me some lessons
        G A D
And without her I'd never have faith

CHORUS:
           D G D
Grandma's garden grew up strong
              G A D A
Because she weeded out whatever could go wrong
       G A D Dbm Bm
She'd say the straight and narrow is the toughest row to hoe
 A G Em A
Just remember what you reap is what you sow
           G A D A A G A
Grandma's love is what made Grandma's garden grow

       G A D Dbm Bm
She'd say the straight and narrow is the toughest row to hoe
A D Em A
In the garden of The Father now she's home
           G A Bm A

NOTE: after 11 ratings the only reason this is 4 1/2 stars is because of the first person
Who commented and rated this chord tab really really low. Every other person rated this tab
5 stars. I appreciate the comments very much from the tabbers and people who actually can play a
Guitar.
