So, as is, starting Am G Am, I assume it's Capo 5 if the recording has anything to do with anything.

Great tune. Original is in Em, and it's a 4-chord walk down at the end of the solo. Thusly:

Intro
Em - D - Em [x6] then start drums
Em - D - Em [x2] then start vocals

Verses
Em - D - Em [x4]
D | A
Em - D - B
Em - D - Em

Solos
Em - D - Em [x2]
A G Em - D - Em [x2]
Em - D - B7 - A <-- 4 chord walk down
Em - D - Em
