Cymbal and snare hit is on the one of measure one. Count four measures total, then the
bass comes in on measure five of the intro, quietly (mezzo piano) growing to song volume
(we'll say forte) over two measures.

Performance Notes:
(*1) The timing for the hammer on is as a grace note, which would be about a 32nd note
prior to the hammered on note. The way this is pulled off, beat 4 is an open E, the 'and' is a
G, played with the pinky, then slide up into the A to sound it, no plucking, then the C is
fingered with the index, and the 'grace hammer on' is with the pinky. Note the C is the grace
note so it's not held but for a tiny tiny bit.
(*2) Pull of from the D to the open A, then pluck the E as the finger frets the note. Not really a hammer
on but kinda.
(*3) These are quick grace note hammer-ons, where the note being "hammerd from" is a whole step below
(two frets), fretted with the index finger, and the hammer-on occurs with the pinky, or ring finger,
depending upon how flexible your hands are. He does these a lot in the tune. I threw only a few examples
in.
