Tuned Down A Half Step.
 
I believe the first bits are piano, but it would make for a boring tab if I hadn't
them, it would sound more accurate on two guitars unless you could actually keep the rhythm
pick the notes with your other fingers.

man not all afi tabs are half a step down... no band actually decides hey i think we'll do all our songs half a step down that would be cool

except the leaving song and most songs on albums art of drowning-everything earlier besides it IS two (or more) guitars on the recording. he did a few trackings of each guitar to make it sound more full (they have videos of in the studio)
