im not too sure about the Dm?

In place of the Dm try: e--1-- B--3-- G--3-- D--3-- A--1-- E----- i think thats a B...i dont know my chords very well but i think that sounds right

You've mixed up the second and finals chords, you need to drop the fingering on it down one string so that the "e" is open and the "B" is on the first fret and so on. Other than that, you've got it pretty good!
