I’m pretty sure the part at measure 15 that has an E with a major 3rd is supposed to have a minor 3rd (I.e. 9th fret on G string and an 8th fret on the B string, instead of a 9th fret on the G, and another 9th on the B.

Also, on the quarter note on measure 47 is actually 2 eighth notes with the 2nd one being D string fret 4 and B string fret 3.
