A few suggestions : the main verse is D; chorus drops to G, back up to A, G, brief F#minor, G and the back to D. I play the G and A chords as bar chords without top E - gives it a better feel me thinks! Simple but lovely song - all with 4 chords and a piano riff!

Don’t think this right, being lazy but for starters it starts on a D.

The chorus goes to C and stays there for the first line then to D for the second line. Pretty sure the Gadd11 bit is right though
