Let's try this: Intro and verse: F Eb F Eb F Eb F Eb Bridge (or turnaround): Fdim7 F * Fdim7 F * Fdim7 F * G C Outtro: F F Eb F *Include the F6 slide with the top 4 strngs from the 10th fret in the bridge that daddymack mentions

After looking at this, I realize how bad some 'free tabs' are... this is a simple song, 6 chords...only one of which is 'odd'. I find it easier to play the chords as Dmi7/Cmi7; the break part is Dm7b5 (bar the third fret, play C on the G string(5th fret) and Ab on the E string (4th fret) (3534), then the Dmi7 (F), and play a F6 at the 10th fret for the accent slide, then G/// C...this is from playing along to the original audio track, not from memory; try these chords and I think you will see it matches well.

Much simpler to add a capo 1 and transpose down one step, then it is just E and D chords.
