Hey everyone! I couldn't find any tabs or chords to this amazing song,
so I thought I'd write them myself.
This probably isn't 100% accurate and I'm pretty sure Fink play the song slightly different each time,
but I
think this is pretty close. Anyway, it's the way I play it and I think it sounds nice!
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or alternatives.
The timing could be kinda tricky to figure out, just listen to the song a couple times and you
will get it :)
Also it is played palm muted at the beginning and towards the end it gets more lose and louder.
Enjoy!

Aight, so, I kinda couldn't make much of it due to the formatting, then I made a sheet of my own to play with the band based on what's apparently the album version (YouTube). I came back to this then.
Turns out you weren't that far off. It looks atrocious but most of the chords are even properly placed over the words.
I disagree with a bunch of C#, especially in the bridge where a big part is the shift from minor to major ("Come a long waaaaaay, yea!") as the hats/rides set in to underline the reverb guitar. Most of the time, it's just better to play a power chord C#5 if you're unsure. The standard chord to use is minor and it always depends on an e or f being fluted in.
The ending half doesn't feel right. First chords are right, then as it climaxes, I think you grabbed a few wrong ones. To me, chords are:
Prelude
|C# |C#m |G#7 |C# |F#m
From small beginnings come big endings:
|A |C#m-G#7 |F#m |A
|C# |C#m |G#7 |C#
|F#m |A |C#m-G#7
|F#m |A |C#
I don't know if chords, especially A, are played clean or with accents but apart from that, harmony seems alright with these chords.
These are without capo, obviously. Playing bars on capo makes you wonder why you wouldn't just leave out the capo if you're playing bars anyway. 3 stars, good job.

good source to figure it out. but the sound also comes that they vary it differently on same guitars. great song!
