I tried to make this as close as possible to the original piano backing.
It's not perfect but I think it sounds pretty cool.

(don't hit A-string - it sounds weird going into the next chord)

Oh, and:
The A chords are not quite right.
You'd want that friction of the pretty high 3 and 4 lying
directly on top of eachother. But then there's this 'melody' from 3 to 4.
The lowest notes of the piano (not the synth bass) go 3-1-5. You need that 5th for it
to not sound wishy washy. ... . I found this impossible to realize on guitar.
These are my thoughts and this is my best approximation.
So feel free to edit this if you come up with something better!

-chords for Bridge

Dadd9: F#m7: Em7add4: G6add9: A7sus4:
e| 2 | e| 2 | e| 2 | e| 5 | e| 5 |
B| 5 | B| 2 | B| 5 | B| 5 | B| 3 |
G| 2 | G| 2 | G| 2 | G| 0 | G| 0 |
D| 0 | D| 2 | D| 0 | D| 0 | D| 2 |
A| - | A| 5 | A| - | A| 2 | A| 0 |
E| - | E| 2 | E| - | E| 3 | E| - |

!I'm not very confident in these!
if you wanna spend some time and work this out,
maybe even provide a tab that incooperates the melody,
I - and many others, im sure - would be very happy
(more info at the very bottom)

                             THE REST
                    !you can safely ignore this!

The bridge is where this tab is lacking. Maybe you can help out?
This is just a dump for the info that I've gathered about it:

D F#m Em(4) (7) G(2) A (2)

right Hand:
D(2) F#m{#5)(9) Em(4) G(Tri)(maj6)(9)

D"" F#m"" Em"" G(maj6)(9)(Tr) A(4)

notes:
WTF! I just discovered, that F#m7#5 is basically another
way of writing Dsus2/F# (yes I know that technically makes it Dadd9/F#)
