I love this song and this tab. Thanks. Only change I would make is second verse over "turns" should be a C.

The Dadd9/F# doesn't quite right. The underlying chord is a Dm, so the F# clashes with the F. Maybe try a Dmadd9/F or a simple Dm?

The chords you use based on the tab-description should be:
C/F Gadd11 Fmaj7 Am and Dadd9/F#
Also a suggestion:
After each bar and the hammer part there's a transition of an altered chord, like:
Maria’s on the hill
Fmaj7 C/G Cadd2/G (330010)
she was all “side of her eyes”
Am Gadd11 C/G Cadd2/G
a five-dollar wine as a blanket inside
Fmaj7 Gadd11 C Cadd2/G
lay up the pages on a traveling bed
Fmaj7 Gadd11 Am Amadd4(?) (x00210)
watch the Blood of Christ Mountains, oh they all turn red
Might keep it as is for simplicity, but I'm quite sure this is the way you play it. I do after reading your chords :)
